I'm super late to the Mojave party, BUT since the noticeably larger User Photo and text is also super annoying to me as well, I did craft a kind of workaround for one of the issues.
Defeats simplicity and functionality.Įven a simple list would be far better. That is how things should be rather then simple Giant Icons for each person. Would love to have the ability to customize the experience to our needs.
Having large cludgy icons where you have to swipe around to get at ones own personal login is unnecessary. Not sure why it is a difficult to understand that needs vary with different people. Highly customizable for the kids to put their own icons on or create their own. When our machine was a linux laptop we had many nice simple login screens with separate accounts for each of the kids. We have been doing it for over 10 years this way. Each person needs their own account or they simply would mess up what other people are doing. We have a laptop that we have all 3 of our kids using and a couple of adults as well when traveling.
